Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,000.

A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1,000.

Delivery Timelines

We ship exclusively within India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Processing: Orders are processed the same day or the next business day.
Estimated Delivery: 7–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Damage Claims

We take utmost care in packing all our products. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, damage claims will only be accepted if an unboxing/opening video of the parcel is provided at the time of raising the claim. Claims without an opening video will not be entertained.

If you have a valid claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
