  • Sale and Discounted Items: All sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Size Exchange

If you have any size-related issues with the product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at collectionshipra@gmail.com.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both returns and exchanges.
  • If reverse pickup is available for your area, we will arrange it. However, some pin codes may not be eligible for pickup. In such cases, the customer is requested to ship the product back to the provided address at their own expense.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any items once sold. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace the product as soon as possible.
  • For damaged products, you must provide a complete opening video to claim defects. This is essential for processing your claim.
  • While our team thoroughly checks each product before dispatch, we will resolve any issues promptly if a defect is found.

Eligibility for Exchange

Only products that are unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all labels intact, are eligible for exchange.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, no cancellations will be accepted.

Why is My Exchange Not Accepted?

We aim to provide comfort and quality with every product we deliver. Our products go through a thorough quality check, and slight variations may occur.

  • Color and finish variations: There may be a 5-10% color difference due to the screen resolution of the device used by the customer. We do not accept exchanges or returns for this reason.
  • We have made every effort to display the accurate colors of our products on our website, but slight variations may still occur due to different device resolutions.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been worn or washed.
  • All sale items and discounted products are non-exchangeable.
